Do I receive full market value?
Unfortunately no. We will make you a trade offer on your private sale which is hopefully mutually beneficial to both you and us.
Do I need HIPs?
No. As you are not generally advertising your property for sale, it is not on the open market, hence the house or property sale itself is hips exempt.
Do I need to employ an estate agency?
No. The sale is a private sale between you and us, thus no estate agent is needed. This is beneficial to you as not only does it save time in the actual sale process, but it also saves you from paying expensive agency fees.
Do I need to get a valuation and survey conducted?
No. We will conduct a full building survey and also value your property. Again, this saves you time and money in the sales process.
Do I need to instruct a solicitor?
Not necessarily. You can use our legal totally free of charge. However, if you prefer to use your our property lawyer, we will cover the full cost of his fees for his service. Please be advised that using your own solicitors will slow down the property transaction.
My house is in a state of disrepair, may I still sell it?
Yes. Whether you have damp, subsidence, or if a truck has hit the front of the house, we will still buy your home in a quick sale.
I have repossession proceedings against me, can you still help?
Yes, the good news is that banks do not like repossessing property. As part of the quick sale, we will inform you on how to contact and deal with the repossession order.

No, from 1st July 2009, HouseBuyers are no longer accepting sell and rent back enquiries.
Am I obliged to take your offer?
No, if you feel that the quick sale offer made to you isn't in your asking range, then you do not have to take us up on the offer. You will not be billed for any of the srvices we have provided, like the survey and valuation. We will not share your details with any third parties.
Do you have other options open different than a quick sale?
We are also a bridging loan lender and can organise a short term loan to ease your financial burdens which would be secured on the property you are looking at selling. Please contact us 0208 905 7777 or ask our house buyer for further details.
Can I buy back my home after the sale?
Yes, if you would like to buy back your home in the future, we can arrange for you to purchase at that times current market value.
We hope we have answered all your questions here, however, if you still require further information please email us directly at sales@quickhouse.co.uk, call us directly at 0845 621 5000 or use our online enquiry form.
